Ingredients
600 gm squids/cuttlefish (any different? just the name, i guess!!!) - cleansed
1/2 onion - thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic - sliced
1 inch ginger - sliced
1 green chili - sliced
3 spoonful briyani paste (briyani powder + water)
3 spoonful plain yoghurt
1/4 cup water
cinnamon stick, star anaise, cardamon
4 tsps cooking oil
salt n sugar to taste
garnish: 1/2 onion - sliced, corriander leaves - chopped

Methods/steps
- Heat cooking oil, saute the cinnamon stick, star anaise and cardamon util fragrant.
- Add in onion, garlic, ginger and chili, stir fry until golden brown.
- Add in briyani paste and yoghurt, stir well.
- Fold in squid and stir until all ingredients are well covered. Pour in water and bring to boil.
- Season with salt and sugar.
- Add in the garnishing and let simmer for few minutes.
