Ingredients
Fish ½ kg
Chicken stock ¼ cup
Green onion 2
Garlic cloves 5-6
Ginger 5-6 pieces
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar ½ tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Steps:
Mix onion, ginger, garlic, soya sauce, salt and sugar in a bowl and marinate fish in it.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Fry marinated fish in oil.
Cook marinated juice, chicken stock and corn flour
